Genuinely interested in helping!

I have a wealth of experience in coaching people to train their minds to live life to the full. I have gained a deep knowledge of mental well-being techniques and meditation through years of dedicated study and practise.


To utilize my experience, knowledge and expertise to beneficial use in helping others alleviate their suffering and achieve the best life possible.


A Bsc in Psychology & Law, from the UK. A Ba and Masters in Eastern Spiritual and Philosophical traditions plus most of a PHD in the same. As such I am uniquely qualified to utilize the best from both of these traditions to teach you how to bring stability and joy to the mind and thus into your life.  


I have spent over 35 years in training, including 15 years as a monk alongside His Holiness the Dalai Lama. I spent the first 3 years as a monk in meditation retreat in the beautiful foothills of the Himalayas in India. This was followed by 12 years in-depth study up to PHD level within HH Dalai Lama's monastery. I am one of the few westerners fortunate enough to have had this incredible privilege; that of studying the traditional Tibetan language monastic curriculum.

During this period I was also able to travel and practice within all the major Buddhist traditions in India, Burma, Thailand and Sri Lanka. I have also translated various works from Tibetan to English and served as translator for many renowned Tibetan masters.

Additionally, I have led and been involved in over 100 retreats worldwide in more than 10 countries over the last 35 years bringing long-term transformation to people’s lives.

Following my monastic studies I decided I wanted to use all of the unique skills I had gained to best advantage, in order to help others. Therefore, with His Holiness Dalai Lama's instructions and blessings, I left the monastery.
